“We have built an AI solution for smarter collaboration and more effective teamwork for distributed knowledge workers. It’s a fact that the talent management and development industry focused on self-improvement and personality tests has barely changed over 50 years. Now imagine that same industry powered by AI and deep technology integrations into everyday business tools and workflows like MSFT Outlook and Teams, Zoom, and Slack. That’s what we do.”
Betancourt’s extensive background in the software industry gave him unique insights into the limitations of traditional human capital management systems. While these systems were great at handling paperwork, or HR process automation, they often missed the mark on keeping employees engaged, productive, and effectively collaborating. Recognizing this gap, Betancourt founded Humantelligence Inc. – with the aim of enhancing workforce productivity, leadership, and innovation through AI-powered team collaboration tools.
Humantelligence’s leader and team tools are designed to help companies boost profitability by nurturing productivity and innovation among their employees. By offering personalized insights for self-development, leadership, and improved meeting collaboration, Humantelligence enables companies to enhance employee retention rates, promote inclusivity, increase productivity, and strengthen their organizational culture.
As work from home has become the new norm, enterprises are looking for accurate ways to understand how their teams are functioning. Working on their own quick ten-minute personality test, or leveraging existing ones, Humantelligence offers organizations insights into how to improve team communication for better collaboration, both in the office and remote. In fact, UnitedHealthcare is currently piloting Humantelligence’s platform to solve internal communication problems and understand how and why people work differently.
Throughout his career, Betancourt held high-ranking executive positions at well-known retail and consumer companies like Procter & Gamble, Reebok, Puma, and Decathlon.
