Jack Anstey is a Managing Director in Goldman Sachs’ Technology, Media & Telecom investment banking group focused on the Software sector.

Based in New York, Jack advises on a broad range of transactions including M&A, initial public offerings, debt and equity financings, and activism defense. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Jack was a corporate attorney at leading Australian law firm Blake Dawson. Jack earned B.Com and Law (first class honors) degrees from Monash University in Australia.
