Joey has led the successful delivery of over thirty large-scale software development platforms supporting new product development initiatives, generating more than $5B USD in annual revenue. He has also defined best practices for software architecture and iterative development processes for enterprise architects, systems engineering, and development teams company-wide.

Joey is highly experienced in high-volume, low-latency technologies and business processes essential for operating electronic derivatives trading, post-trade management, clearing, and settlement systems. He has deep expertise in risk management and collateral management for global clearing businesses, including the design and development of related systems and methodologies such as stress testing, liquidity stress, margining, and DvP custody and settlement of physical and digital assets.
