Kellen DiStefano

Kellen DiStefano is the Managing Director of Corporate Development at Georgia-Pacific, where he leads strategic initiatives and drives growth through mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.

Prior to this role, Kellen served as Senior Associate at Koch Equity Development, the investment and acquisition arm of Koch Industries, and Vice President at PEI Funds, a private equity secondary firm focused on limited partner and general partner liquidity solutions across buyout, venture, and other private equity investment strategies. 

Kellen holds an MBA from Duke’s The Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Management from The King’s College.
